Dr. Saba uses minimally invasive surgery to treat endometriosis, Fibroids, Ovarian cysts, Pelvic floor disorders such as uterine prolapsed, Pelvic adhesions, Hysterectomy, Myomectomy, Abnormal uterine bleeding, Adenomyosis, Congenital abnormalities and can treat uterine prolapse through the vagina, with no abdominal incisions.  Some women with uterine fibroids, pelvic pain, or endometriosis benefit from single-port surgery, in which we perform the entire operation through one incision.

As compared with traditional or “open” surgery, minimally invasive surgery results in significantly less pain, less blood loss, smaller incisions, less risk of infection, a shorter hospital stay and a faster recovery and return to normal activities. Additionally, the smaller incisions result in better cosmetic results and minimal scarring.
